CAS Responsible Business Conduct Application

 Please read the following information carefully.

Application Deadline

Enrollment closes: subject to availability, applications can be submitted until December 31st, 2023. 

Late registrations or registrations after the maximum number of participants has been reached will be added to the waiting list. Applicants on the waiting list will be contacted as soon as a place becomes available.

Requirements

The Certificate is open to university graduates with a minimum of two-year professional experience.

Applicants without the abovementioned requirements may be admitted in exceptional cases through a standardized admission procedure ("sur dossier").

Language Skills

A good verbal and written knowledge of English is advised. Also note that a brief online video or phone call might be arranged shortly after your application is received to clarify any open questions.

Program Fee

Costs per participant, after receiving additional fundings, amount to CHF 7'000.- including all fees and materials.

This new fee applies to all participants regardless of when they sent in their application.

Withdrawal Policy and Fee

Participants shall be informed that, per UZH Continuing Education policies, the following rules apply:

Cancellations are possible up to the application deadline.

Applicants cancelling after the application deadline must pay the program fee in full. If it will be possible to replace the cancelling person with another applicant, the cancelling applicant will have to pay only CHF 200.- as a processing (the withdrawal) fee.

In the event of expulsion from the program, discontinuation of the program or voluntary partial withdrawal from the program, there is no entitlement to a refund of tuition fees.

Admission Process

Interested applicants should use the form below to register for the CAS in Responsible Business Conduct 2024.

Please note that a complete application includes a short letter of motivation and the following documents submitted, along with the motivation letter, in the format specified:

  • latest curriculum vitae of maximum two pages (PDF)
  • a copy of your passport (PDF)
  • an electronic passport-size photo (JPG)
  • a copy of your university diploma(s) (JPG)
  • as well as copies of any relevant (language or other) certificates (to be uploaded as one single PDF document)

The letter of motivation should be a PDF document of maximum one page that contains a short presentation of the applicant and a strong motivation paragraph that states the reasons for applying to the CAS in RBC.

Applications are assessed as they are submitted and applicants are timely notified via email about the admission decision, or their inclusion in the waiting list.

Payment of Program Fee

Applicants will receive information and instructions for paying the tution fee after successfully registering for the program.
